  I'm so sick of Grosse Pointe and everything closing BEFORE 8pm. I come here regularly and could not believe we got turned away before 8pm for a quick burger. I'm done. Will not be back and I will tell everyone.

  Went there for my birthday yesterday with my mother. Walking in i must say there was trash litered on the floor. The hostess escorted us to our table and took her hand and brushed large items of crumbs and debris onto the floor. Our waitress seemed to be preoccupied and distant. We placed our order I ordered the Loco Moco and she had the Chicken and Mushroom pasta. The meals were delicious but our waitress wasn't there like you would think she would be, like no refill on water? We say thank you numerous times and she say nothingJust to see that your charging people automatically with gratuity??? Even though she was still was going to get a good tip because it was my birthday dont mean it should automatically be done. And honestly I think the tip we were going to leave would have been better than what u charged. Have a good day

  Great service! Enjoyed the food but could have used a little more seasoning. Good but a little bland, chicken, mushroom and pasta dish.

  This was a carry-out order. Food is always excellent, but the order webite didn't function properly; when I attempted to discuss this problem the "manager" went into denial mode.

  Plan: Friday night of Restaurant Week! We've enjoyed it 3-4x before, mentioned it to others. Play: Seated quickly, just after 7pm, back room, 2 of us, elbow room next to another couple, although quite a few other small tables available. Pleasant smile between us. Wait.. 15 min. later, no personnel greet us, speak to us, bring water for the table. NOTHING. Consider: During this period, the waiter for the table next to us is at their table 2x to serve, check on things. Keeps his back to us, avoids all eye contact. Two other servers in and out of the room, Unnoticed by them. We wait some more, 10 minutes later (now we are on 25 minutes since being seated) waiter returns 2x more to neighboring table, ignores our 'excuse mes' after he attends to them and walks away. We decide to just get up and leave, our business is clearly not wanted. Night's still young, other places to go! No personnel notice, say good-bye, goood night, etc. We look for someone to tell this to, zero personnel around unless we want to chase some server. Also, closing act facts, and hopefully not the reason for such poor customer service: Despite being nicely dressed and pleasant, as were the other couple we were seated next to, they and their server were all of the same ethnic background but different than ours. Hate to even say that, but we were left wondering why we were totally ignored and pondering possible reasons. Could not imagine any good reason! Seating availability was good, parking availability good, during regular dinner hours So, perhaps other diners had chosen another establishment-- after being ignored as customers of this one--and had left. So, we will not be returning to this establishment, especially when there are so many other wonderful places, small and large, throughout the area. Competition here we are...where we are welcomed, greeted warmly, receive great customer service and are appreciated. Especially when that is the whole point of 'Restaurant Week", to showcase those types of establishments.
