  We waited in the drive through for about ten minutes even though there were two cars in the drive thru almost every employee was sitting outside smoking and the person in the drive thru wasn’t very nice good food tho that’s about it

  I love Wendy’s and the food that if serves, but the service at this place is probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. I came through the driver through and was handed my drinks, I tried setting my drinks down and the manger and other worker in the window were raising their voices saying “sir here’s the rest of your stuff” in a snarky tone. As someone who has worked in fast food I understand drive times are important but never should it be at the expense of the customer. Not only that but I was missing two BBQ sauces so I asked if I could get them. The male in the window argued that it was in there, I offered to show him the bag as it was not in-fact in there, the manager then wanted to argue as well. Could have been solved by handing me two sauces, they only handed me one and I decided it was not worth it. Hopfully it gets fixed so I can enjoy Wendy’s again with out leaving disappointed in how I was treated.

  I order these guys through doordash way more often than I would admit, even to those closest around me. Like, even if the evidence was provided in front of me, I would still deny how many times I order from this place a week in order to save the little respect I still have for myself. Anyway, food is very consistent, absolutely zero complaints especially for a fast food place. My go to, and I'm a picky ornery business owner who works 77 hours a week. Dont eat fast food its horrible for you, but if you do, eat at the Cedar Springs Wendys. PEACE and love Cedar Springs residents, ya boy is out.

  Food was good Staff was friendly I asked for sweet and sour and was given sweet chili instead of being told they no longer have sweet and sour.
