    Placed my order at the wrong location (out of state) which is my bad! But I tried to call immediately after placing it and either no one picked up or their phone number doesn’t work. Even just someone picking up and telling me they can’t refund it would have been nice and I wouldn’t have cared I lost the 20$.

    I straight up got the wrong sandwich. Because I can't see the counter on the meat and cheese side I didn't know until I got home. They went super light on the veggies. It was super disappointing to open up my sandwich when I got home and see nothing I wanted to eat.

    Stale bread, very little veggies even after asking for more, scraped the black olives from under the drainer ledge. Extremely slow.

    My son went to pick up dinner for himself, myself, and my ninety-year-old parents. I sent my Subway card, on which I have been collecting points for over a year, and he was told the card had no points. He questioned this result, but the employee insisted the card had no points. I checked online, and I have over 600 points. Can't anyone get anything right?
