After a couple minutes I was asked to pull ahead for fresh fries. 4 cars came through after me and left before me. I left without my food. Almost 10 minutes waiting for fries is ridiculous. Do better.

Sometimes I was trying to figure out the tap to pay, and I asked her if it worked and she became super mean and degrading towards me as I looked up to ask for a manager I realize she was the manager acting like this, and then when she brought me my chicken snack wrap, she basically threw it at me when I went to reach at the counter to grab it from her. She just threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me, I said thank you, and she just huffed and puffed and walked away very rudely. It’s sad, but this is very common at this location that they’re very mean people.

The food and drinks were right, but they didn't include any salt, pepper, or silverware which ruined it for my fiance because he had ordered the Big Breakfast with hotcakes. How hard is it to provide decent service?!
