Ordered online for carry out in the lobby. When I got there at 2:40pm on a Friday, all of the doors were locked and there was someone sleeping with their head on the table. When I knocked on the door she looked annoyed and motioned with her hand to go around. People in the drive through were the ones who actually told me the inside is closed

Lately the quality has been low. Baconator fries had about 10 fries and very little cheese or bacon at multiple locations.

Have been here a few times as I get some food before heading south and it seems like half the time it’s ok the other half it’s awful . Recent trip I got the $8 two cheeseburger meal . It was disgusting. The meat was warm , the bun dry and the cheese was cold like it was just pulled out of the fridge and not even stuck to the meat . I literally flung the cheese off both of them out the window. The fries were rhe soggiest fries I have ever got from this Wendy’s , the only thing that was good was the pop .
Place is almost never busy so it’s pretty frustrating when I go and get food I’m sure none of the employees would eat themselves, I’m sure they make it fresh and hot for them. Sadly I’m down to one more bad experience to never return, I used to love Wendy’s but it seems the quality is down everywhere.

Waited 30 minutes after opening for the restaurant to open, doors were locked and no response in the drive through. The only employee was on their phone in the lobby.

Wendy's of Grayling,MI is the worst location to go to. The food was not properly made, and the service from the staff there is terrible. Actually, any fast food chains within Grayling are terrible. Would highly suggest driving on to the next possible location.
