Had Jill as our sandwich maker. She was so sweet and put care into all of the food, despite there being a long line because she was also the only worker there on a Saturday night. Give this girl a raise, she’s busting her ass down there and still giving us customers a good experience. Thank you, Jill!

Jill was the sweetest person ever, she was working alone while the line was super long and still put so much care and attention into each sandwich she made. She was so friendly and I’ve never had such amazing customer experience. Please give her a raise!! Also the bathrooms were very nice and clean

Lady working refused to help my husband because he didn't have an online order. He stood there waiting for 25 minutes, and each person who walked in AFTER him has helped first, at least 3 people were served before he decided to walk out. Very unhappy with house this was handled

I placed a mobile order for two footlongs
One steak, one ham and cheese
Hill called me and said they were out of steak at 7pm and she switched it to teriyaki chicken
Not at all what I wanted
When I waited in line she didn’t know I was there for my mobile order even tho it said it would be done at 7:15 I wanted til 7:48
She continued to tell the whole lobby it’s not her fault her mama get dosnt come to work
I called the next day and Jayden took amazing care of me
Jayden will be the reason I come back and spend my money there !!! Thank you Jayden
