- SGStephanie GeorgeMar 21, 20261.0Dunkin food is always a treat for my family. I ordered a Cocoa Cloud Latte. I got my drink and food, got in the car to head out. I took a sip and it definitely is not what I ordered. The person that rang us up was not pleasant, and had the very visible attitude that they did not want to be there. Look I understand having to be at work is something that you don't always want to do, or you hate your job. However, pay attention to what the customer is asking for and have a better attitude.

Despite the conditions they work under, hello! Come on 1 coffee brewer? Nikki is a stand out wish I cold remember all their names cause no matter how short staffed they carry on like the true professionals they truly r!!! Thx to u all for gettin me down the road and to work on time rebecca
