I just wish they would put cherries on the permanent line up because I can't have the seeds in strawberry until I heal from my current medical condition. This visit I ordered a smoothie that did not have strawberry in the recipe, but that was because of the horrible pain I was in when the last one I ordered with pomegranate instead of the strawberry had strawberry anyway. I can't trust that they will make it the way I ordered it when I say NO strawberry. If they had cherry and a handful of options with cherry, I would likely have a smoothie every day through my healing. I enjoyed my peanut butter cup smoothie, I just wish there were more menu options without seeded fruits in the recipe.

Stood at the counter for several minutes before even being acknowledged while the crew had their own conversations and the guy that was supposed to to be taking orders was to busy about what Starbucks the other kid drove by on his way to work so he could buy him a birthday coffee. When I was finally acknowledged several minutes later, i was told buy a night crew member who was actively working it would be just a moment because they were working on a 14 smoothie order. A few minutes after that and the other guy was done with his conversation, I finally was able to get helped. I have never had such a terrible experience at tropical smoothie and I order from other locations often, I will not be back to this location. I had posted this review the day of my experience by using the QR code they had in the cafe, only for that to post the review on a different locations cafe. Not impressed at all.
