    The bread is always crusty/stale, which is a shame, because the employees seems nice and the restaurant is usually well kept. When bread is the main component of the sandwiches it needs to be fresh. I ran restaurants for almost 2 decades and the food waste cost is trivial in comparison to losing customers due to trying to save a few cents.

    The subs were all so dry. They put barely any toppings on it and don’t have any of the things I asked for.

    Clearly I didn't like this subway. Most of box( tomato cucumber etc) was almost empty tuna looked like from 2 days ago. I couldn't get anything I felt weird.
