- CMChristina MApr 16, 20264.0Food is Great, Prices are way too high, service is good, associates are friendly. This location is quite large. When I was there it wasn't very busy there was a LOT of staff there and the dining room was dirty. I had to go get a towel and spray to wash and wipe down the table and chairs so we could eat but I noticed 3 women in full view chatting it up laughing for quite some time. About 10 minutes later an older woman came out and was cleaning things up and the other women still seemed to be getting paid to talk each other. I have worked management most of my life so these things are upsetting to me. With the size of the location you really need to utilize slower times to get the dining area cleaned up, stocked, etc. The worst thing to do is overcharge a customer, allow them to do your job and stand in view while doing NOTHING.

I try to be considering if I make a larger order and choose rapid pick up as to not hold up the line. I inevitably always get stuck waiting 30-40 mon in line to pick it up and when I do get it, it’s cold. Delivery…..forget it. It’s always hours and hours and things are literally always missing. The food is great but the only way to get it is dining in. They should not even offer the other option.

Lately when I stop by if I don’t have a mobile order the drive through is incredibly backed up and takes a long time. I have had my order wrong a few times and my drinks have been forgotten as well. Last time I was given someone else’s order and had to wait a very long time to receive the correct one.
