  walked in and blatantly told him I didn’t order extra condiments on my double cheeseburger. Tracy decided to tell me to leave because she didn’t like the fact that she got caught up in serving me the wrong food. She needs to learn customer service how to keep your mouth shut.

  Terrible customer service if you don’t have customer service stop working in food chain places like this this location needs to be shut down !

  Unfortunately, staff (at least up front) doesn't seem to care or pay close attention... Got an oreo McFlurry instead of an M&M McFlurry; When we mentioned it the lady just went & added M&M's & we had to clarify it was just an M&M McFlurry... Realized after we didn't get our sauce. When I went back in, I showed her our ticket which showed 1 each of S&S & BBQ, & she then proceeds to hand me 2 S&S... & when I said it was 1 & 1 she just went & grabbed 2 BBQ so ended up with 4 things of sauce for a 6pc, lol... (We had specifically ordered a second sauce) They didn't seem particularly slammed so unfortunately it just comes off as a complete lack of care, attention & work ethic... I understand people can have bad days but after seeing the current rating & other reviews I'm led to believe this is an ongoing attitude issue here... (Only second time here, had issues with first visit as well...)

  I would rate the food too but it's thirty minutes later and I'm still waiting. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs

  There was only one other vehicle in the drive-thru. I pulled up and the annoying recording asked if I’d be using my app today, “not today” was my response. I proceeded to place a meal deal order… no response. Asked if someone was there 4 times, waited. The car across from me did not get someone to answer either and we both pulled away to leave. This was at 5:30 pm… a reasonable dinner time. Noticing only one car in the parking lot upon arriving should have alerted me that something was not right. I drove to the McDonald’s in Jenison, placed the same order, and paid, with food in hand, in less than 3 minutes; they were very busy and very polite. Take the time to go to Jenison and bypass this poorly run establishment. My heart goes out to the franchises owner; they should clean house because they are certainly losing money, I would imagine.
