  Horrible customer service. Person taking order acted like I was an inconvenience to him. Same thing when he handed me my order. No thank you, no smile, no have a nice day. This African American man needs to learn some manners. Done with this location.

  $45 for fast food poising. We had taken kids on a short trip and stopped to get some lunch. $45 for 4 kids and 2 adults, and we all ended up getting food poising. Should have known better, the place looks run down and super dated. Avoid at all costs!

  I'm a African American woman this places simply dislikes my kind I was standing at the counter no one came to take my order the manager looked at me and walked in the office and never came back out they was very rude no other customers was there so they was not busy I wouldn't never come back here I see prejudice still exists

  I’ve tried and tried to give this wendys a chance but the continue to disappoint. The workers at this Wendy’s not only rude but cheapskates. This is the only Wendy’s where I’ve had this old lady in the drive thru tell me I had to pay .50 for sauce the first time and now .53 cents my girlfriend can’t stand going to this location either because of how this old lady is. She’s working today 12/23/25 next to a young man that seems to just want to do his job. She’s rude with her face her service and downright should not be in this line of work atleast not to where the customers see her grinch looking smile that she never has on. She’s got some of the worst RBF I’ve ever seen trust me that’s sayin a lot. Goes without saying I will always drive down to 54th st from here on out this Wendy’s is trash and the other one has NEVER charged me for sauce.
