    Very slow waited 15 mins in the drive through just 3 cars ahead of me

    Placed a mobile order to have it ready ASAP. It wasnt until I went up to the counter and asked about it when they realized a mobile order had been placed. They weren’t busy and I didn’t get my food until 20 min after I placed the order. Not super impressed.

    Went here on my lunch break and it smelled kind of sour passing the first window, thought it may have been something outside but i had the same smell all over my sandwich and the wrapping. All the food was very unappetizing and everyone working seemed to be in a bad mood. They seem very overworked or just not in control or stressed. I’m not sure but I’m definitely not coming back to this location. I called for a refund and the person who helped me seemed pretty fresh to the whole process. They should really have someone who knows how to run that place smoothly cause that was the worst Wendy’s experience in my life forsure. Hopefully my refund processes.

    Placed 3 orders at the DT and they forgot to pack an entire order. Usually I check the order but I didn't this time figuring they couldn't screw up such a small order. That's what I get for overestimating their intelligence.
