- JRJacob RentsDec 23, 20251.0I’ve tried and tried to give this wendys a chance but the continue to disappoint. The workers at this Wendy’s not only rude but cheapskates. This is the only Wendy’s where I’ve had this old lady in the drive thru tell me I had to pay .50 for sauce the first time and now .53 cents my girlfriend can’t stand going to this location either because of how this old lady is. She’s working today 12/23/25 next to a young man that seems to just want to do his job. She’s rude with her face her service and downright should not be in this line of work atleast not to where the customers see her grinch looking smile that she never has on. She’s got some of the worst RBF I’ve ever seen trust me that’s sayin a lot. Goes without saying I will always drive down to 54th st from here on out this Wendy’s is trash and the other one has NEVER charged me for sauce.

All the food was very unappetizing and everyone working seemed to be in a bad mood. They seem very overworked or just not in control or stressed. I’m not sure but I’m definitely not coming back to this location. I called for a refund and the person who helped me seemed pretty fresh to the whole process. They should really have someone who knows how to run that place smoothly cause that was the worst Wendy’s experience in my life forsure. Hopefully my refund processes.
