Stood at the counter for several minutes before even being acknowledged while the crew had their own conversations and the guy that was supposed to to be taking orders was to busy about what Starbucks the other kid drove by on his way to work so he could buy him a birthday coffee. When I was finally acknowledged several minutes later, i was told buy a night crew member who was actively working it would be just a moment because they were working on a 14 smoothie order. A few minutes after that and the other guy was done with his conversation, I finally was able to get helped. I have never had such a terrible experience at tropical smoothie and I order from other locations often, I will not be back to this location. I had posted this review the day of my experience by using the QR code they had in the cafe, only for that to post the review on a different locations cafe. Not impressed at all.
