When bread is the main component of the sandwiches it needs to be fresh. I ran restaurants for almost 2 decades and the food waste cost is trivial in comparison to losing customers due to trying to save a few cents.

The bread was SO dry it is all over me right now (I actually stopped eating it) the sandwich is not well constructed. Tastes weird and I eat at Subways all the time. No napkins in the bag to use either.
