  The bread is always crusty/stale, which is a shame, because the employees seems nice and the restaurant is usually well kept. When bread is the main component of the sandwiches it needs to be fresh. I ran restaurants for almost 2 decades and the food waste cost is trivial in comparison to losing customers due to trying to save a few cents.

  Horrible experience there tonight. Girl was rude and seemed like we were annoying her even being there. The bread was SO dry it is all over me right now (I actually stopped eating it) the sandwich is not well constructed. Tastes weird and I eat at Subways all the time. No napkins in the bag to use either.

  The subs were all so dry. They put barely any toppings on it and don’t have any of the things I asked for.

  This subway has the same menu at other locations but it seems more upscale. Eating lunch there was almost like eating at a coffee shop.
