I called to cancel my order, and the manager who was new, was super helpful even though she wasn’t quite sure how to cancel the order. She persisted and helped me out! I offered to give them the correct amount of $1 bills to get my change up to the next denomination and was told they can't do that because it will mess up their til. I guess basic math is an old concept. I have been in numerous times and they will have a massive line but refuse to take orders from people in line to fill online orders. I sat one time with my meal prepared just waiting to be cashed out but instead of ringing up my order the cashier spent 15 minutes to bag up an online order. Horrible customer service.
