Probably won’t be back unless I get another gift card. I’d rather spend my $14 on fresh, local food prepared by real chefs and support local businesses. Panera’s focus on increasing profit margins has led to a decrease in overall quality, and it’s just not worth it to come here anymore. Service was good.

When I approached one of the kitchen staff, she rudely told me to wait. She was having a conversation with a coworker as if I was interrupting. I didn’t say anything and waited. Then, when another employee walked by, I tried asking her a simple question about the soup sizes, and she responded dismissively, saying, “What do you mean?” without even making eye contact. It was frustrating and disappointing. I’m spending my money here, and I expect at least basic courtesy. Experiences like this are the reason I rarely come to Panera anymore. Please do better being kind and respectful to customers is not that hard.
