Started off with a Strawberry Peach Refresher for a drink and was kinda disappointed. I couldn't taste any strawberry, and it tasted like they used sparkling water instead of sprite... the flavor was lacking. Another person jn our group ordered the same thing and agreed about the flavor. I ended up asking for a Sprite instead. I ordered the 3 Course Meal that included an entree, 2 sides, and a dessert. I did the 6 oz sirloin for an entree and asked for it to be cooked medium. It came out medium rare - rare. I almost asked to send it back, but didn't. I would come back again, but probably try some different food. I think the attitude and service of the waiter/waitress can make or break a restaurant experience, and the service we got from ours saved this review. Also, I would not be exaggerating to say that the women's restroom was at like 90°+... not very pleasant when your in there for any length of time.

Placed an online order close to 11am. 60 wings for $60. Pick up 8pm. I get to Grandville Outback at 7.30pm. Found out that my order is cancelled. Per manager on duty, I receive an option of ordering something else or a refund. A simple explanation we ran out, no apology. Bon voyage Outback Grandville. P.S. Outback Grandville Management - please do not contact me.

Was told 1 hour so we drove 30 mins to get here expecting about a 30 min wait when we arrived (30 drive+ 30 wait= 1 hour quoted time). Was told 2 more hours once I arrived. I called ahead and drove 30 mins from my home for my birthday and we weren’t able to eat. Wouldn’t have come if they were up front on the phone. The restaurant was full of empty tables too
