  They are serving on purpose very small portions. Every time I get there I have to order double meat. They’re doing that on purpose.

  What a ripoff! This location is getting increasingly skimping on portions. This bowl, as you can see, had hardly anything in it. The order is accurate, but there's no way it had even a full spoon of rice or meat.

  I have always liked Chipotle so this was very disappointing. We went on a Sunday after church so like most restaurants they were very busy. We expected that and we were a group of 6. I was able to get us a place to sit. I had to clean the table not a big deal because it was very busy and I was grateful that we were able to get a table. Our party ages ranged from 45 to 2 yrs old, we all ordered different proteins, toppings, etc. The issue was the food. We all agreed the Best thing we ate was the tortillas. It was THE MOST FLAVORFUL of everything we ate. Think about that for a minute🤔🙄 Tortillas don't have a strong flavor. The rest of the food had ZERO flavor. I asked for salt because that could have gone a LONG way as there was no salt, no seasoning on any of the food, smh. They stated that they do not have salt just hot sauce. Im not a fan of hot sauce only 1 person in our group of 6 likes hot sauce and they poured it on everything. Needless to say most of the food ended up in the trash. Our time together was cut short because everyone was still hungry and the kids were tired. It was very frustrating. It was Intended to be some family time with some good food. Its always nice to go out to eat every now and then. Get a break from the cooking, cleaning, etc. So I felt really bad because my husband wanted to treat me and our daughter & her family. Its not cheap to take out a family of 6 and then when you toss out the food it is very frustrating and could be taken as unappreciative but thankfully he knew we Appreciated the gesture. The service wasn't bad. It was genuinely just the food. Like I said the tortillas and the tortilla chips were the most flavorful thing we ate and the drinks were good. I should have talked to the manager however we were so hungry and needed to get the kids fed. Hopefully they see this review and attempt to make things right. We'll see🤔

  I want to give Chipotle 5 stars (specifically the 44th Street location), but I can't because this is the second time something has been wrong. Back in February, my food was not right, I paid for double chicken but didn't get that, brown rice, and white but only got brown. This time the chips are super stale. Other than that, I usually don't have a problem.

  This location is one of the worst locations I have ever been to. I waited patiently in line and ordered a quesadilla when the store was not busy at all I was the only one at the counter. The lady told me that I cannot order and have to do it on the app. I then asked so if I stand in the corner order on the app I can get one, but I cannot order one from you when its dead and she say Yep thats the rule here. I went over and ordered on my app and waited 5 minutes for it, they did not even put it on the rack I had to ask for it as they just kept it in the back. I then opened up my order and they did not cut the quesadilla it was one whole piece that had a slight cut. I had to go back to the counter and get a knife because I guess they do not keep them in the lobby. I then ate my food, after finding lettuce inside of it that I never ordered and left. This is a disgrace that customer service is gone here and does not matter, along with rude staff that would not accommodate anything. I have worked in the industry for over 8 years, and no matter what I always made sure the customer left happy. In this situation I left feeling mad, and upset. I will be going to nicer locations where they will make my order when I order it in line. Please do not come here, you will be dissappointed in your overall experience.
