  It's been years since we have been to a Carrabas and always loved the food, but this visit the food was mediocre at best. Chicken Marsala should taste like Marsala NOT pepper. Someone in the kitchen needs to step away from the pepper. They evan had pepper on my daughter's steamed broccoli.

  This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant! Probably because they serve my favorite dish, that Pollo Rosa Maria… ❤️ This time was no different. Wonderful food, very comfortable environment, all the staff super friendly! Our server Jo Jo was authenticity friendly, patient, and helpful! We all took advantage of the &10 take home! I get to do this again tonight (because I know it will not make the night) on my couch! Highly recommend!

  Our food was delicious, especially the crusted trout. We loved our server Amber, she took very good care of our table, she made my birthday feel so very special and has the sweetest personality.!

  Liz was a great server, but there was a long wait for the food and it was lukewarm at best. I didn’t complain since it seemed busy and just ate it dutifully. Took most of it home to reheat properly. The taste was good though.

  Grabbed an early dinner at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Grandville one Saturday and enjoyed the dinner. The rigatoni with sausage was excellent and the garlic herb chicken linguine was okay. My son said the chicken parmigiana was good. Our server started off well but then didn’t make it back often and we had to keep asking for items that were missing, such as our appetizer which came out after our salads and pretty much with our dinner so that was disappointing (we had to ask for the appetizer which I think he had forgotten to place the order).
