  Doesn't open until 7 or after now because don't want to pay employees decent. Corporate get your shit together 7 is late for breakfast in Grand rapids. McDonald's opens at 6 or before at léast drive thru.

  I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Food was good, correct and very fresh. The store was clean and stocked. Fast food has been terrible lately every where I go. I was very satisfied by the service here.

  I came to this Wendy’s at night around 11 bought 2 bundles that costed $8.00 a piece plus tax I asked for the jr bacon with no mayo with onions and meat well done and the chicken sandwhich no mayo, I also got to double stacks with extra mayo and what originally comes on the sandwhich I waited to not only was there no bacon on the jr bacon all the sandwiches were thrown together the fries were not that warm at all no receipt was given to me with my change I asked the young man for ketchup and a bbq sauce he says I can give you the ketchup but one bbq sauce was .50 cents so I declined took the ketchup this was definitely not worth the almost $18.00 I spent very disappointed period

  You would think that they’ve been around long enough not to give out cold fries so we had to send our fries back because they were cold. Then I asked for my receipt because I was not offered it and they told me that they did not have receipt paper so they cannot give me a receipt, although the guy at the window was patient. I just feel like they could do better. then the credit card machine was down which forced me to pay in cash, which I did not want to use cash but at this point, we didn’t have a option but again the guy at the drive-through window was patient when explaining the situation. and we did leave with hot fries because we sent the other ones back.
