  Apparently, not much has truly changed with this particular Wendy’s. Rude, inconvenienced employees. How is this still happening!

  Haven’t been here in almost a year. Still exactly the same. This place should be studied. I’ll save readers the time and just say, it’s run by “teens” and literally everything is terrible.

  This Wendy's is really struggling. I've been several times over the last month, EVERY SINGLE TIME they can't get the order right. Missing items, items made wrong, you name it. Staff is super rude also. In the drive through some young man working the window got frustrated with us because their automated window wouldn't stay open. He hands me my food, I say thanks, he says "yeah". I'm pretty sure they have made me sick several times too. I stood behind a group inside today who waited so long to order they gave up and left. All the while the front worker was just slowing walking around aimlessly putting bags of food together. Couldn't even be bothered to take an order. Crazy. Do better Wendy's, other locations don't have this issue...

  I came to the reviews to see if anyone else was talking about the green puffer girl working the drive-through because I also had a negative experience when being served by her. First of all, why is she wearing a green puffer instead of a uniform? She got my drink wrong, which ruined my entire night and makes sense because the other review said she asked for the drink order for a third time which is not acceptable. How can you have someone working the drive-through who can’t remember a simple order? I can understand asking a second time, but a third time? seriously? Not trying to be rude, but this is the truth- you can tell this girl hasn’t showered in days because I could smell her from outside the drive-through window, which is super unhygienic because this is who I’m trusting with my food 🤮. Please choose more competent workers Wendy’s. I love your food and it’s the reason I still come back to this place, but don’t be hiring anyone off the street.

  Food is great but the worker with the boxed dyed blonde hair that’s all knotted and wears a light green puffer jacket ruined my experience. 99% sure she spit in my food considering a CHEWED piece of lettuce was in my Cinnabon with spit around it which has a lid on it normally. Not just that but her asking what drink I got THREE times! That is just highly idiotic however I love the other staff members!
