  This was easily one of the best Wendy’s locations I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff were genuinely friendly, and the overall service was top-notch. I’m used to Wendy’s locations feeling a bit rushed or unfriendly, but this place was the complete opposite in the best way. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and the experience stood out because of it. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back again

  My fiance and I went through the drive thru to pickup our order. Virginia was working the second window and she was such a sweetheart!! My fiance got a drink and was scared he wouldn’t like it and she offered to change it out if he didn’t like it. This location always has the best staff!! This girl deserves a raise! Thank you Virginia for being so helpful! 🤍🤍🤍🤍

  If I could leave 0 stars I sure would! The customer service at this location is awful! From the first window to the second window! The manager very rude and unprofessional! I will not return!

  We went here around 8pm on 03/27. We were getting harassed by a homeless person who was accusing me of laughing at him (which I wasn’t). He was circling us in the building, looking at us crazy, and mumbling under his breath threatening us. My boyfriend got up and said somthing to the lady at the counter Sabrina I think. Sabrina then said that WE ALL had to leave ??? She was VERY rude. We then asked for a refund and her coworker insisted that we were fine to stay. She seemed upset that he disagreed with her and let us stay. She handled the situation very poorly and had the craziest attitude right off the jump. She’s awful and that whole experience was crazy.

  The work and manager had nasty attitudes be they got my order wrong never said sorry or anything don't have no good customer service I even was still pleasant with them but they was just so nasty
