  Taco was destroyed in the wrapper and basically had to be eaten with a fork, our beverages were the wrong size and they were playing very inappropriate music which my young son heard and asked me Loads of questions about when we got into the car with our food. If I hadn't driven away before realizing everything was wrong or misized I would have asked them to make it again

  Rude staff. Long wait times. Cold, gross and smashed food that leaked all over the bag and soaked through. Blasting really offensive music. The worst.

  Didn’t get our fries in the drive-thru no worries they’re busy, head inside to fix it a few people were in line they helped the first guy but then didn’t come back to the line for a while. One of the employees kept looking over but not addressing anyone in line. We took the hit and left without fries but when we went to our online order to try and get a refund there is no option or information around it. If you aren’t going to have physical customer service you should at least have a better online system.

  went to get up mobile order and they said it was being made and they were working on a large order. over an hour later they tell us they “never received the order” so we show proof of the order, money was also taken out of the account. A doordash order had came in and they also didn’t have that order so they said it was “stolen”

  They mess up orders somewhat often. The staff are nice, but double check your bags. I've had items missing multiple times, and in this recent visit, my friend got a taco that literally only had lettuce and cheese on a tortilla. They didn't put the protein in it. I wonder how much the total of all things I've had missing would be if added up.
