I came in March 28th around 1:30 - 1:40pm, two older ladies and one with glasses specifically working on line. After coming in I notice they were busy, I’m very patient and I was willing to wait. Once she finished with the girl ahead of me she asked how many, in a daze from the social anxiety I go “two wait no just one I’m sorry” silence from her, that’s fine, I can tell she was stressed, understandable. She sat there staring at me once I told her 6 inch with the bread I wanted, I didn’t know if she wanted me to continue or not there was no clear direction with the order, after about two minutes of her staring she immiedately goes “you guys can wait because you’re too slow ordering”, there was a form of immiedate hostility, everybody was looking at me creating an uneasy environment for me as a customer, if she needed to get through some customers and asked “give me just one moment” I would have easily been ok with it, as I understand one fast food worker to another. But it was clear she wasn’t fit to work any form of customer service after that interaction, no matter how stressed or how busy a customer service job requires patience, understanding and ensuring the customer gets a good experience. She should be removed from the company and a formal complaint has been issued to corporate to be analyzed and investigated as well. Save the time, don’t go here, it’s not worth the money to spend, would have tipped but she lost her tip immediately.

Subway should be aware of how horrible it seems like every location in Grand Rapids is. Food is not as it has been in the past and the service is HORRIBLE
Pulled in at 9:35 when they close at 10. I completely understand you’re upset that someone pulls in close to closing but it doesn’t take 30 minutes to whip up a a footlong. I seen a customer walk out as soon as I pulled in, once I got out the door to go inside they locked the door. How rude and inconsiderate of someone. A whole 25 minutes before close….. wow. Lazy workers. Went on over to chick fil a, and they sure didn’t lock the doors on me. Will never be back. Pure lazy! Train your workers better!

Older woman with a bun complaining about their boss constantly. Every time she has a terrible attitude. Long haired younger kid messes up bread, I correct him, messes up meat portion, I correct him, tries to use a previously used visibly dirty knife, I correct him, toppings fall out the sandwich and he tries to put them back from the dirty counter top back into my meal, I correct him, they give me the sandwich and I still have to ask for the drink/chips. All of this was an online order and shouldn't have required additional supervision to get what I ordered and paid for. Then kid gives away free sandwiches and chips to some high school girls before I leave. I'll drive to any other location, this place consistently sucks time and time again
