  They took extra care in making our subs the right way, even from our online order. They were making sure things were kept clean and went out of there way to have conversation with customers

  Young female worker got really rude after being asked to wear clean gloves after handling cash and computer touch screen for another order. She threw everything else on to the sub following this request.

  Upon walking in I was to only walk on the rug because he “literally just swept and didn’t want to get more dirt on the floor.” Meanwhile the rugs were filthy and the ground was covered in dirt and crumbs. While making our sandwiches he put his entire forearm down onto our footlongs. Paused making our sandwiches with a line forming behind us to get on his phone and laugh, then continue to touch the meat and cheese without changing his gloves. He was extremely rude and had his hairnet halfway on his head and kept touching his glasses and face inbetween making sandwiches. This is the second negative experience i’ve had at this location and will not be returning. He should not be handling peoples food if he doesn’t know basic food safety.
