I told her cheese and she put Parmesan cheese on my bowl. I don’t eat Parmesan cheese. Then my husband’s burrito had very little rice. I will not be coming back anytime soon. The staff were talking about customers, laughing yet they work at a restaurant with bad service and food. I used to like eating here but if you want to give me 1/2 oz of meat for a bowl that’s almost $15 no thanks. I can spend our money elsewhere. Update: I sent as you requested and receipt as you requested. You know I am not a reward member. I would’ve used it at the time I purchased $70 in food. Yet you say you’ll send 4 meals to my rewards with the number. More nonsense. If I had rewards wouldn’t you have seen it on my receipt? “I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations, we always aim to do better. I’ve shared your feedback with the team at our restaurant that can best assist them. I love the variety of toppings and that you can fully customize your bowl or burrito without feeling rushed. The queso is hands-down one of the best out there — creamy, rich, and the perfect addition to anything on the menu. Portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick even during busy hours. Great value for the quality and consistency. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a solid meal!

Nothing but polite with them, even given the circumstances, and received an attitude back from the cashier that I haven't experienced in a long time when dealing with anyone in customer service. They didn't know what was on their menu (had to open the app to read the ingredients of the steak fajita quesadilla to the preparer my first time through the line). Had they treated the error with actual sincerity and made it right (compensation for the hassle or even just an actual apology), I would have never left a review. Mistakes happen, doesn't mean fixing it needed to be handled so poorly. Disappointing.
