  My order was incorrect. I called and the manager said I was wrong that my pizza was made correctly and then the miserable man hung up me. Edit. My order was placed online. The manager read it back to me when I called. I explain there were onions on my BBQ Pizza. He told me no there wasn’t. He would not hold himself or his team accountable. I wasted my time and money. I assume it is too hard as a grown man a manager of a store to hold himself and the staff accountable so he chose to hang the phone up on me. All I wanted was my pizza to be made correctly, apparently that was too much to ask of the manager and team of the Plainfield Pizza Hut.

  I love Pizza Hut however, the last 3 times I’ve ordered it from this location on Plainfield, the pizza has been VERY DRY. Just now I ordered 2 pizzas with EXTRA SAUCE, and no lie these came in dryer than the last. Next time anyone wants Pizza Hut from here do yourself a favor and drive yourself to Meijer and get yourself some frozen pizza.

  Very old school Pizza Hut feel! Employees were very helpful and the restaurant is very clean! Very welcoming!

  Happy that the cheese breadsticks are exactly how they used to be. They didnt burn the edges and I added extra butter

  We get carryout here frequently and the staff is always helpful. Their app has been great with deals.
