  Had a good wait, but staff were very accommodating and even gave everyone waiting a free cup to get a drink while they were waiting. They were very busy as it was lunch time and all the door dashers were there being rude

  I'm trying to enjoy a meal in these establishments and actually relax however, the bacon Mac and cheese, the bacon itself was overcooked.The cheddar broccoli soup was not in the bread bowl and half of the orders were messed up entirely. And there was a security guard there who consistently looked at me and my cohorts, thinking that we were homeless individuals when I indeed had the money to get it, don't go to this location if you're looking towards prejudice of the viewpoint. In fact, there was no bacon on the sandwiches in question. Just the skin of chicken displaying as bacon in the sandwich. Question, I would like my full money back in total, and I would like the people in responsible physicians except for the cashier. Who actually did a wonderful job communicating properly and was very personable.She was the only one who was willing to talk and understand us give that girl raise everyone else including the security guard removed or fired

  Avoid this place at all costs! Extremely slow service. I waited an hour for my order and nobody seemed to care. Save yourself the frustration and don't go here.

  The worst place I’ve been to recently. I waited for over an hour for my food, which is ridiculous for a Panera. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Very disappointed with the service here.

  Worst Panera period. Yet again placed a pickup order arrived at the scheduled pickup time and it hadn't been started. Waited over ten minutes before I asked and was told MY ORDER WAS NOT EVEN ON THEIR SCREEN YET. They only had 2 people working in the kitchen DURING LUNCH BUSY TIME. One employee was standing on the customer side just leaning on the counter they put the food on distracting the 2 people actually working. I'd complain to Panera customer service but if you call or email them they will just victim blame you or call you a liar. Had it happen.
