This has been consistently the worst McDonalds I have ever dealt with. I have been stopping in once or twice a month for over 2 1/2 years, at this location, for breakfast before work (up to 4 times a week during the first 6 months, and much less now, for reasons I will discuss). I order through the app every time. Today they told me they were closed at the speaker, with no reason, as always, while 2 cars were in line at the window, waiting. Interesting. As a realistic guess, this, or similar happens 30% of the time. Once I sat at the speaker over 5 minutes until the semi delivery driver told me they were closed due to staffing issues. I have also received the incorrect breakfast at least 4 times during the 2 years, which I do not notice until I get to work, of course. I have begun checking before I leave. There seems to be mostly different staff as of the past 6 or 9 months, and there was definitely an improvement, but still a very frustrating way to start the day. Additionally, I have had bagels where the sauce is literally everywhere when I open the package, as well as undercooked/ overcooked hash browns. I honestly hope they can get it together at some point. These issues definitely keep me from stopping there more often, as I now barely go, making this morning even more disappointing.

I don't typically bother with bad reviews, but i let my kid talk me into giving this location another chance. Pulled up to drive thru speaker and was asked if I had a mobile order or door dash. When I said I didn't, the mumbled reply was "sorry, not taking orders right now". Just wow.

Worst service of any McDonalds. Waited in 15 minutes after I paid for 3 drinks and a happy meal. Then got sent to the lot for them to bring my food out. Waited 14 more minutes. Went inside and talked to 3 different people which all of them were no help and had no idea what I ordered. The costumer service here is terrible. This is an ongoing trend I’ve noticed at this McDonald’s that’s just been getting worse. Very disappointed I left after paying and not receiving anything I ordered totally wait time of 35 minutes probably would have been longer if I stayed. Zero stars will never go back. 10 years ago this McDonald’s was never an issue. It’s continued to go down hill. Save your self time and money go somewhere else.

Horrible if I could give 0 stars I would. So unprofessional waited 30 min just to get 2 hamburgers and 2 mcchickens. Then got to the window and tryed to give us the complete wrong order. kids ordering food through the drive Thu just walking up with no car and recording thinking it’s funny. While we watched them for 15-20 min waiting at the window for there food. I feel like if you got no car don’t go through the drive Thu. plain and simple.
Went through the drive thru with a mobile order. Was asked at the window if I had a mobile order, and I said yes and gave them my code as usual. When I got to the pickup window, they said they didn’t see my order which was fine (literally showed my order screen with the pickup code saying I'm already in the drivethru and checked in), I didn’t mind waiting. I eventually decided to just walk into the building to get things sorted to stop holding up the drivethru line, and the pickup lady window condescendingly tried to tell me I was supposed to tell the drive thru it was a mobile order as if I didn’t already do that when I pulled up. Then rolled her eyes and slammed my order on the pickup desk and walked away. Not even an apology for messing up on their end. I've literally arrived home and it still says my pickup order isn’t even complete when EVERY other time I've done a mobile order it will complete the order after the pickup at any other McDonalds lmao so I know it was not an issue on my end!
I give customer service employees grace as one myself, but in this instance I did everything I was supposed to do and was treated disrespectfully and gaslighted when the workers were the one who made a mistake. I don't care if you make a mistake but to try and backtrack and blame the customer is actually so weird and bewildering. Clearly based on other reviews I'm not the only one this has happened to. Again, as a customer service employee myself, I know the job sucks, but that doesn't mean you take out the mistakes you made on customers. Just apologize and fix it. Completely made the experience awful for no reason.
