I am so upset that my dinner is ruined as it is not easy for me to get out. Not one more dime to this location that I came to out of convenience
- PPPatrickMar 18, 20261.0This saddens me to make this review. I have gone to this McDonald's for years. Last week I got a big Mac and they completely did my sandwich inncorrect. And this time I went the lady took my code but did not even use it. I was a regular and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this location. I will never go to this location again.
- PHPam HarperMar 12, 20261.0I went through the drive through and ordered four shakes. After the person handed me the shakes in a carrier and I was starting to drive away I realized they were very liquid and not shakes at all. I parked and went in and the manager was very rude to me and told me in a condescending tone that was the best I was going to get. I asked her what if I changed to a different flavor, no wouldn't make a difference. Refund was my only option if I didn't want those. I took the refund and was about to head out the door and asked her for her name. She said she's not giving me that information twice again in a rude tone. I asked the cashier what that person's name was but she very timidly told me that lady was the manager. She was very rude and does not deserve to be a manager. I drove to a different McDonald's and got our shakes and will not be back to that McDonald's. This was last Monday afternoon March 9.
