  I went to this location with my daughter and grandkids,The worker accused my daughter of being rude for asking a question and the manager was just as bad! The manager told (marcus) to go in back and just waved my daughter away....The whole staff needs replaced! I have never seen such disrespectful behavior in a food place like this ever!! They were also cussing back and forth to each other while my 3 year old grand daughter was next to me!!I will never return to this location ever! I will also let friends and family know not to go to this location as they will have a horrible experience! If I could give negative stars I would! They don't even deserve a 1 !!!!

  Very inappropriate and unprofessional staff when asked for help was told they were too busy to help me I then proceeded to go to the kiosk and still try and place my order although I knew what I wanted was customizable and was not able to do it through the kiosk after asking for help was accused of being rude while the worker went in the back and swearing talking very poorly with my three year old present I then became very frustrated and asked for his name was he refused to give. Manager did nothing but waves me off. I will never be returning to the store this whole staff needs to be replaced.

  Picked off a order for curbside waited 45 minutes before I finally had to pull through the drive-thru and even that was confusing for them to find my order. Didn't know McDonald's was that difficult to work at or maybe just their management is that careless..... Either way you're probably better off going to any other McDonald's besides this one I would even have to say that the other worst McDonald's in Grand Rapids the one on 28th Street by woodland Mall is probably even better than this.

  I usually have to prepare myself to go to this McDonald’s because the staff is so rude, I usually avoid this location because of that. Today I went for breakfast and the gentleman helping us at the drive-through was so nice. It truly made my day! Also, the food was served so warm that the butter had melted in the bag, was truly a different experience.
