  I have the Krispy Kreme so I received an email of them advertising strawberry glazed doughnuts being sold for 4 days, I go on day 2 and I’m told that they don’t have them. How do you advertise something to be sold for that many days and never prepare the product for the sale? Then I ordered a 3pk of specialty doughnuts which cost me almost $10 and for that they gave me 1 large, 1 medium, and 1 baby doughnut 😠, so not worth it.

  Not much of a variety honestly, it was my first time going in I seen the board said $18 and change for a you pick dozen I was in a rush picked paid and left got home looked at the receipt and was charged way more apparently some had up charges and I didn't see anywhere that showed that nor did the worker say anything or give a heads up being my first time I missed a sign or something but still the worker should always reiterate an upcharge to make sure it's ok, so very frustrating a simple heads up so I could have changed my choices or at least be willing to pay more not just surprise me with a bigger bill without warning I'll NEVER EVER go back and definitely will NOT EVER recommend this place to anyone I'll gladly recommend almost anywhere else.

  I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme in a long time mostly because I don’t live anywhere close. Always loved your fresh original glazed. So since I was on your side of town & heading home I stopped in for a dozen glazed. Price was a shocker, much higher than expected! $17.99!!! But I’m thinking fresh glazed Krispy Kreme will be worth it. Got home & opened the box & first thing I notice is they barely look glazed, and they look like they’d been setting around for a couple days. Nothing fresh about them! Very disappointing! Sadly you have overpriced a dozen donuts on top of selling stale donuts! Angry & wont be back! Kudos to you for teaching me that I don’t really need a donut anyway.

  Drive through for a dozen originals and waited way way to long for someone to take our order. Pregnant women in car so we didn't leave. Once ordered it was quick and easy, they were warm and so yummy.

  Went in during the morning was able to get fresh doughnut right off the conveyor
