  Where is Jimmy John’s bread I’ve had didn’t get my order right nothing fit into the sandwich. Workers with bad attitude. Lock the door on customers. I will not be coming back. Save your money. Go to the Mediterranean restaurant right down the street.

  This was my first time coming to this particular Jimmy John’s and I will never come back again! My son and I came to open the door and it was locked. There were people inside dining but no one checked on us and I assumed they were closed. I started to walk away but came back. The staff proceeded to talk amongst themselves and until I motioned again then someone came to the door to let us know they were out of bread!!!!!!!! WHAT???? Poor and extremely poor I might add customer service…They literally looked at us and turned around to continue doing whatever they were doing. They definitely didn’t care that we were there. Needless to say I couldn’t answer any questions because we were never welcomed in

  Absolutely amazing store!!!! I order here around a dozen times every month for my office when we get lunches for clients. We often submit large orders with substitutions and sometimes have multiple orders in one day. I can’t imagine the volume of orders they get besides us being downtown and the food still manages to get here super quickly. Every one of their employees I’ve interacted with have been very friendly and helpful as well. Not to mention the food comes out great every time. They definitely deserve recognition for all their hard work—thank you!!

  I downloaded the app for the deal, buy a sandwich and add a drink and soda for $1. Purchased the ranch chicken w the garlic herb wrap, with chips and soda. Super good. No complaints. Delicious. Well, they gave me a free sandwich on my next purchase for downloading the app. That was cool and unexpected!

  Placed order at 820 didn’t get a call or anything so I decided to call and check on my order only to be THEN advised they are canceling my order because they are closing (why was the order accepted i dont know) will change IF my order was actually canceled and refunded
