  Order a sandwich at 8:45 p.m. says they will deliver at 9:10p.m. 9:52 p.m. comes around and they canceled my order try to call them around 9:30 p.m. no answer they switched to 3 different delivery drivers never again will I order from jimm jhons 648 Monroe ave grand rapids Michigan!

  Took an hour and I still don't have my food..... I called them and all they said was, the driver has it. It is on the way... Freaky slow. They still not offer a discount or any reason to come back in their reply. - even worse...
