  I still remember the good old days when Jimmy John’s was “So fast you’ll freak!” Now apparently Jimmy John’s apparently is “Better order early, because it’s going to be a while.” I just ordered, it took 13 minutes for my order to go out for delivery and then about 40 minutes to deliver. I am 1.5 miles away.

  I have never gotten a sandwich order that was correct. We like the roast beef but too many times they forgot the cheese or horseradish sauce. Standard customizations seem to cause issues.

  Paid for extra turkey and I got 3 slices of turkey for a 16 dollar sandwich.

  EDIT 1/22: The manager reached out to me for details to help make it right. Therefore I'm editing my review to reflect this. Thank you! Slowest Jimmy John’s around! Consistently takes 30+ minutes for any online order. Walk ins will get served and made while I’m waiting for an online order placed 20 mins ago. (And the app says it’s ready) No one asks what I’m waiting for or anything.
