    I've been going to this location for years, there has been two times or they messed up my order and they were willing to fix it or replace my items at a later date!!! Keep up the great work

    Had the worst experience here tonight. My husband and kids and I went through the drive thru and were very clear about what we wanted. I ordered a large meal with a large drink, my husband as well. Employees were yelling and singing the McDonald's theme in the background. The girl taking our order clearly wasn't paying attention. When I got up to the window I paid with a gift card and remaining $11. She did not give me a receipt. She asked me what size drink I had and I told her a large. She had a large and a medium lemonade so I assumed She messed up and would give me The large. The other guy working with her was very rude and dropped my entire bag of food on the ground. He got me another one and they gave us the 2 sprites and handed me a medium lemonade.. I told them I ordered a large and he said no you get a medium. I was not happy as I had clearly ordered a large. The girl handed me the replacement kids meal and didn't say a word. My husband told her to have a good day and I let her know we would be calling cooperate. She rolled her eyes.

    Messed up our order more than once,old nuggets, old chicken for sandwiches, cold fries. Service was slow and lagging , employees too busy talking to one another. For the prices you pay , the food should be FRESH.
