I've been there multiple times in the last 6 months and consistently got slow, sometimes rude service (even when it wasn't busy at all). The dining area wasn't very clean, and when I used the restroom, I noticed there was no soap. I let the employees know and they seemed unphased, as if that wasn't a big deal. How long was the soap gone and how many times did the male employees skip hand washing after using the bathroom?? I won't be returning.

You will be treated like crap eye roll and all for trying to order food. I get it we have a family of 5 it can be alot but its legit how your company makes money to pay you. The least you can do especially as a manager is set an example they watch you huff and puff and eye roll the customers it wears off and trust me it doesnt matter day or night this location really needs an attitude adjustment. Done worry this was the 3rd and final time you will net see us again.

Manager smiled at me when I came in, and a young sweet girl took my order, she was very polite! All my food came out quickly, thank you great Wendy’s location will definitely have to come back to this location too!
