Four out of the last five times I've gone here the Coke has had zero flavor. I've had the contents of the order messed up multiple times. The rewards system is complete garbage. Do better Wendy's. It's no wonder they're closing down hundreds of stores. I can get a 3x as good meal for half the price across the street at Taco Bell. And that's saying something because they're not that great either.

I've been there multiple times in the last 6 months and consistently got slow, sometimes rude service (even when it wasn't busy at all). The dining area wasn't very clean, and when I used the restroom, I noticed there was no soap. I let the employees know and they seemed unphased, as if that wasn't a big deal. How long was the soap gone and how many times did the male employees skip hand washing after using the bathroom?? I won't be returning.
