    I had a very unpleasant experience at this Wendy’s drive-thru on November 16 around 11:00 PM. The woman taking orders had a very nasty attitude, like she was upset that customers were even there. There was absolutely no hospitality or basic courtesy in the way she spoke. Customer service matters, even late at night. The way she interacted made the experience uncomfortable and honestly made me uneasy about ordering food at all. No customer should feel unwelcome or disrespected just for placing an order. Management really needs to address this, because attitudes like this drive customers away.

    Ordered a bacon double stack only ketchup was put on wrong tray so needed remade, the remake was made with everything so I asked for another remake only to get it made right and bite into pink raw hamburger I will never return, also they got homeless sleeping in the lobby when I mentioned it they just shrugged there shoulders and went on about there business worst establishment of Wendy's I've ever been in, highly recommend avoiding this location
