I didn't go to Business School but I'm pretty sure if you refuse to serve customers at your drive thru because they didn't already order it is bad business - you are losing money.

I could understand if I showed up at 10:25 but I came at 9:30 an HOUR before breakfast ends. I will never understand WHY these places run out of things. If there's a few of an item left PREPARE MORE! And the worst part is the cook looked at the screen and still didn't put the biscuits in until several minutes later. 👎👎
