I barely got the eye contact or an apology. I was served a wrap, a Baja. Rap, that's tasted like the sauce had actually gone bad. I'm actually really hoping that I don't get food poisoning today. Because it was awful, I've never experienced this from a tropical smoothie before. But this place needs to be investigated because none of their food seems uh to be fresh at all. I don't like the spinach so I remove the spinach and add romaine which costs like 90 cents. Which I wouldn't mind IF they actually included the extra romaine but 9/10 times they DON'T, so I'm not only paying for the spinach I have removed, but for the romaine I don't get. It ends up just being HALF the normal size!!! I don't normally complain so I haven't said anything but today was the last straw with Tropical when an employee was SO rude to me when I asked for extra Caesar dressing. I always order online and go inside to pick up. I always ask for an additional cup of dressing which has NEVER been an issue, until your employee Jay decided today that he had to charge me for that extra dressing. I wasn't even speaking to him when I asked another person, yet he comes running up to the register and said "I'm gonna have to charge you for that" I said "uhhh ok, I didn't bring my wallet in, but I don't have time to go back outside so nevermind" At that point he should have just said, no worries I'll give it to you just know next time it will be an additional cost! Instead he throws his hands up and goes to tell the kid (who I originally asked for the dressing) that "I don't wanna pay for the extra dressing" Like how rude !!!! I think I'll be taking a break from TSC!!! I don't appreciate being treated this way and REFUSE to support a business that treats their customers this way ! Do better TSC ! An extra cup of Caesar dressing is NOT worth losing a faithful customer !
