    Got a smoothie through drive-through and it was blended amazingly. Jenna is the bomb very outspoken. Definitely recommend getting your drink here:) The only bummer is that the Drink prices have risen, but that’s nothing the coworkers have control over.

    I've been to other tropical smoothies and they've added the Greek yogurt to a smoothie for me. I was told at this location I could not. I was asking to be CHARGED for it. The girl that helped me was Kensley H. We overheard her ask another girl AFTER she cashed me out and started the smoothie. The girl that she asked said they could do it. Didn't offer to remake my smoothie or anything. Very poor customer service skills. Will not be going back to this location.

    I sat there for five minutes and no one greeted me although there was three people working and no one in the drive thru, so I had to leave because no one took my smoothie order.

    Came into the tropical smoothie Cafe at 5429 Northland Dr NE Ste E, Grand Rapids, MI 49525. I would give store # but there is not one. Below will be copy of receipt. Anyway, went in for my birthday smoothie. When arrived I was told that I had to download app, did. Then filled out all information. Was told that the only why for them to give me birthday smoothie was to pull up QRC code and had to buy something too, to get free smoothie. No were on email states you have to buy something to get smoothie. So in whole, not very happy at all!
