I travel a lot, especially around the Midwest and all over Michigan, and I’ve got to say this is hands-down the best Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. It’s super clean, smells amazing (even the bathroom!), and the food always comes out fast and exactly right. The girls who work here are so friendly and upbeat—it really makes the place feel welcoming. Even if it’s a few extra minutes out of my way, I’ll always choose this location. Seriously, bravo to this team!

The staff member was not knowledgeable in explaining that after signing up, I have to come in next time to get a free smoothie. Another member explained. Both did not explain that there’s an expiration date by the time you can claim a free smoothie. Not that it’s a big deal. The service and atmosphere was not right. I also had a prior negative experience at this location, where I was charged a water bottle but they never included in my order. They never made it right, nor refund.
