As well as when someone requests an ingredient not to be added, you’re also required to follow that. You have no idea what food allergies or sensitivity someone may have. You have no idea what digestive problems a person may have. As a person who’s job it is to make food, you should really understand how serious it is to follow directions and dietary restrictions. You don’t just get to decide you “don’t feel like it” you signed up for the job, part of that job is making sure you make it correctly and without potential allergens when requested. If it’s sincerely that hard for you to care about the well being of the customers who help pay your paycheck… clearly food service isn’t for you. That’s fine, no shade, but stop ruining customers experiences by having jobs you hate!

With two orders if beef nachos!!!! I have ALPHA-GAL SYNDROME! I am ALLERGIC to mammalian meat. I can't ingest it. And Uber Eats wouldn't refund me so now I am Stuck with no dinner for the night. This is why everyone hates your store. You can't be bothered to nuke some chicken and just serve me food that will make my deathly ill instead. SERIOUSLY I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW! And i'll be in with my receipt and a picture of the food i received because ya'll owe me dinner that won't kill me.
