They stated that's how they make them now (I guess they lost a customer). When they gave me the taco, I asked to get a pack of sour cream because they didn't put any on my taco supreme combo. They responded "well we gave you a free taco". Lol the 1st 1 didn't have sour cream either. Best of luck if you go to this Taco Bell.

- AKAiry KayDec 4, 20251.0Just left after the “manager” without a name, who’s hygiene and self care was honestly very concerning…allowed me to wit for 7 mins at the counter without one employee greeting me. During this 7 minutes the manager screamed out about his employee putting trash in wrong bin and laughing saying she will have to dig out of the recycling bin. Then that employee came around the counter from the kitchen with a giant Guinea pig nestled in her arms 😳 (animals in a kitchen) gross. Will contact the health department about that. Once the staff finally got their “manger” to come help me. He proceeded to yell at me that I could order at the kiosk. I told him it’s fine, I have cash and need to return to work so I just need to order quick. I handed cash, set change on counter as I said his hygiene was not something I wanted to come in contact with…. So he denied service alleging I threw a dime at him. Lmao everything that was going on in this location was disturbing and I’m grateful I did not proceed with eating anything they are selling.
