The food to me is below subpar and I'd rather go to a Qdoba or you can get a far better burrito or tacos for the exact same price and the food is a lot healthier. The staff at this location seemed friendly enough. They were your typical apathetic unemotional teenagers working at your typical fast food restaurant where they have the attitude that they be happier doing something else somewhere else.

They take forever to make your food and then if you customized it in any way, it simply won't come that way. I ordered 3 different burritos and selected on each one in the app for them to be grilled. 0 out of the 3 were grilled. This is probably one of the worst Taco Bells in the Grand Rapids area. If you really want Taco Bell, go to a different location. Your food will probably cost less and actually be accurate to what you ordered.
