First the beans are old need to be replaced they are literally stuck together in a hard clump no meat on my nachos and I paid extra for lettuce didn’t get it, the nachos looked bare with just hard dry beans they where so old they had the dry crust on them!

Ordered 2 exactly the same burrito and taco supreme combos with no sour cream on either! What a waste of $20 and to top it off they don’t even give you a receipt. Must be that they don’t want feedback or don’t care enough to inquire when someone has a problem to make it right. Lousy experience that will drive a loyal guest base away. I go once a week and won’t return.

I spent 16$ for 2 tacos and they aren’t edible - I called the store and they said the crunchy taco breaks easily as it’s packaged to bag and serve through the drive through but it literally looks like someone punched it and threw it in the bag. My chalupa also has no chicken..and my nacho fries were cold. Highly upset and disappointed. They said they could offer me to come back and get a new one but I shouldn’t have to go out of my way across town and I would like a refund. Went straight to the garbage
