- AAAnsh Ak47Nov 13, 20251.0Look I try my best to be kind and understanding when it comes to customer service. I have worked in this field before and it can be frustrating. I have eaten at this subway almost 2 or 3 times every week. I have a great experience when I am served by the younger guys in the store and I love coming in to see them. I put an online order in because the store doesn’t let them manually put in the sub of the day footlong. That is understandable(not really) but online orders was the work around. So I put my order in and then walked into the store. This lady became upset and took it out on me because I put in an online order. This isn’t the first time I have dealt with this either and Ik other customers have as well. I will not come back because of this women. It is not acceptable to treat people for giving you business and telling them that they did it wrong. I love the guys but I am disappointed on how the experience went today. Thank you, Ansh Verma

The employee’s explanation was aggressive and rude. I never encountered such behavior from an employee(lady) before. This was the worst experience I’ve had at Subway. I do not recommend this location. Thank you.
