  I ordered carryout specifically so my food would be ready when I arrived at pickup time. If I don’t walk in until the scheduled pickup time, it should already be prepared. Instead, I walked in and was asked what kind of bread I wanted because they were out. They had my phone number on the order and could have easily called to let me know or ask for a substitution so my order would still be ready on time. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Very disappointing experience — 10/10 will not be coming back to this location.

  Tried to order food in restaurant and was told to come back in an hour because the worker was working alone and had an online order for 23 subs 🤷‍♀️

  So called manager using same glove to make 2 totally different subs then used them on mine she was extremely rude refused to give me her name then proceeded to call someone above her supposedly saying lies after I told her od go to another location where they treat ppl better this all start cause I asked a question the food and veggies looked like they were from the day before stay awake from this nasty location

  Very nice guy working late , let us use the restroom after closing time but would not make sandwiches, but the next time I was in there he made us great sandwiches

  Went here hoping for a sandwich, got chest pain instead. Received a sandwich where the bread was so stale that it was tough to eat, and painful. The sauce also seemed to have gone bad, likely from sitting out too long. I dont usually criticize workers, but the man making our sandwich was extremely slow, and rather than refilling bins that went empty he would just only give us one or two of a vegitable. The prices seemed much higher than a regular subway. 12$ for a six inch that tasted like something youd find in the trash. I tried to reach out through the website to the business to resolve this issue, but never got any response; so ill leave my formal review here as a warning.
