I stopped by here yesterday afternoon for a to go sandwich. Sadly after the first few bites of my sandwich. I was so disappointed that I will never go to subway store ever again.

This subway was out of chocolate milk and all chips except baked, salt&vinegar and jalepeno. My husband picked up the order and came home with 6 apple sauce squeeze packs and baked chips instead of chocolate milk and Doritos. He claimed there was nothing else available. For sone reason we had to pay for these unwanted items. Also - we ordered online and all the items were available to order.

Worst service ever. I ordered a Spicy Italian—clearly on the menu—and the employee had no idea what it was. Sat 5 minutes in the drive-thru before she spoke, then another 10 minutes while she kept messing up my order. I left with nothing. Completely incompetent and unacceptable.

Well this used to be my Subway until I stopped in on a Monday and asked for the Monday sub special. They told me they did not have cold cuts. Yes a subway without cold cuts. Asked what they were substituting it for and she told me they can't do that. I guess I can't spend my money then. Sure, it didn't phase a minimal wage worker that will be at a new job before I can finish writing this but the owner may care a bit more about the bottom line.
