She was surprised I drove 2.5 hours to bring husband to work. Environment was clean and warm with a line full of customers waiting to be served. Great spot if you're wanting protein.

Person after person arrives and they keep making their sandwiches as I was sitting there waiting for 20 minutes past when the order was set to be done. I’m normally not too critical because I respect hard working and especially overworked employees but there were 4 staff just having a good time talking and taking their time.

The employee suggested we order online and pay extra fees for delivery—while standing in the store! We left and went to Jimmy John’s instead, where five friendly staff served us right away. The difference was night and day.
