  I placed an online order @ 4:27. Said it would be ready between 4:40 & 4:50. I arrived at 4:50 and was told to wait. 20 more minutes went by before I received my order. After getting home I found my bowl didn't have half the items I ordered in it. I'm extremely frustrated because everything is printed out, all that has to be done is to follow that order. Ridiculous

  I stopped in a couple of times recently. The last time I went was disappointing enough. First the amount of meat was rather tiny. Then the cashier charges me more than I'm used to. The food isn't exceptional in any way. I can deal with the amount of food being less and the price increases. But then the tall cashier lady was pushy and insisting I do a review and offered me a cookie to give a good review. She wouldn't stop talking and asking questions so I declined like normal multiple times and left. I don't want to put in effort just to get something to eat. I just want to get a good bowl at a good price so I can go home after a long day. Don't annoy your consumers right after you raise prices and shrink portions of the main item. Not coming back.

  As a Director of Operations for a large security agency I take pride in giving and receiving GREAT customer service. This restaurant went above and beyond for me and my family and created an experience that was unforgettable!!! The restaurant was very clean and the staff KT and Monique were Awesome!!! If you’re looking for an actual experience dining out this is it. It’s been years since I’ve seen this type of customer service, appreciation and dedication to customer experience. I recommend this restaurant to all. Great job Monique and KT!!!

  I can't believe it, again small portions, tiny portions, what country are we in? The UNITED STATES, and you're serving food portions as if we were a poor country? How is it possible that this place claims to serve food for fit people? How is it possible that I have to complain to get more food, and even then it's a miserable portion? Total disappointment. Second complaint at the same place, what's wrong with the managers here? Why are they so stingy? Are they short on money that they can't give a reasonable portion? And besides, I made them remake the dish, and you lost money because I demanded another plate. Wouldn't it have been better to give me a decent portion of food in the first place? That way you wouldn't have wasted two extra plates? YOU LOST CUSTOMERS.

  I just walked up to the counter with no other customers in front of or behind me. There were two employees directly in front of me: one refilling queso, and another seemingly (slowly) putting what I’m assuming was an app order together. He finished that order within about 30 seconds of me arriving at the counter. The problem is that neither of them even recognized me as a a customer in any way. Not even, “I’ll be right with you.” That would’ve been perfectly fine. I would’ve waited had that occurred because that’s customer service 101. But even though they were both right in front of me, they never even bothered to look at me, even though I was they only person at the counter, and within 3 or 4 feet of them. I waited for a couple of minutes and just left to go to another restaurant on basic principle after simply being ignored.The customer service was non-existent. I doubt that I’ll be back to this location.
