After waiting 15 minutes which I wasn’t mad at to get the white rice I asked the employee if I could have some white rice. She asked me the name on my online order and gave me a bowl of rice but she passed it down the line. Seeing that she never said it would cost money I thought it would be free. There was another employee who was sitting there and I asked if I could have my rice and she said it would cost $1.30 I told her I didn’t know that and I didn’t want to pay that but she told me it’s only a dollar 30 and we already made it just pay for it. I am angry and need a refund. Terrible customer service all these employees need to be fired never coming back to Qdoba again
